This apartment complex is full of it.
If you want to live with roaches, bedbugs and mice please move in.
The management is HORRIBLE! They can't get the parking right.
Michele Clavijo is a liar! She will promise things to you and will NEVER fulfill her promise.
I have caught her in lies and then her manager George will just cover for her.
Kamson Corporation is a HORRIBLE excuse for a rental company.
They have us living in inhumane conditions and they just say we will get it.
But they NEVER DO! Please I urges everyone to NOT move in this place.
SAVE yourself! I wish I knew what I knew now because these last few years have been the WORST of my life.
I am looking to move at the end of next momth! Don't do it to yourself!

I was a resident at the Pavilion as well. I stayed there about 3 years, and have had my own share of problems with clogs, rodents, and backups, however this is something that I expected moving to Newark, a city know for it's reputation. I do not blame the pavilion staff for my inconveniences, I blame myself for being a gullible sap that thinks the sky is a bright blue, the clouds are white, and there are no problems in the world. Get real. As far as I'm concerned any time I need assistance Michele the office manager was right there to accomodate me. She is a great woman, who is truly dedicated to her job 5 days a week being a single mother of two. Do you have any children and if so GROW UP already!
Thank heavens that you are still not a resident there, you seem like the type that would go AWOL and burn down the building, get a grip!

I am a former resident on Pavilion (2002-2008), and Michele Clavijo was very helpful on every thing I requested. I had bedbag in my studio. I talked with Michele and she sent exterminator several times to service my apartment. Management took further action and investigated the source of bedbag and my next door neighbor was the source who infested upstairs, downstairs and sides apartments. I do not know the details, but the neigbour was moved out the building and management sent exterminator to service once again all infected apartments. Since my neigbour moved out, my bedbad nightmare was over. Thanks Michele and management for your help.
