I can understand where everyone is coming from....but i honestly never had any serious problems. I lived on the 13th floor, and i only seen one mouse that actually came from under the front door and he went straight towards the vent once he entered in. I used to see one or two roaches a week. For the most part i kept the place clean so they weren't a problem. One thing i did not like was the washing machines in the basement! They look very unsavory and the don't wash as good as they charge.....then again there is a very clean laundrymat around the corner from 7th ave. If i had an issue the workers was there the next day. There was no noise on my floor at all. I have seen worse complexes.....has anyone ever seen The Hallmark Houses' The only problem I had was that the rent is kind of steep for a one bedroom! So i had to move out once my lease was over. And I learned that if you need any assistance it's best to contact Michelle! She does a better job at multi tasking, making sure things get fixed, fixing accounts, ect. This is all based on my experience. That other new guy (I guess he is the new leasing agent) in the office (second desk....where David used to be.) is normally on the phone chatting with a friend or on his computer playing solitare! But if i could afford it i would go back without a question! I'm hoping to find something similiar to the experience i had at 351! This is the God's honest truth!
