I am a former resident of Pavilion (2002-2008), and the manager Michele Clavijo was very helpful on every thing I requested. Just to mention an example, I had bedbug in my studio. I reported to Michele and she sent exterminator several times to service my apartment. Management took further action investigating the source of bedbug and my next door neighbor was the source who infested upstairs, downstairs and side s apartments. I do not know the details, but the neighbor was moved out shortly. Then, the management sent the exterminator to service once again to all infested apartments. Since my neighbor moved out, my bedbug nightmare was over. Thanks Michele and management for your help.
