I went to the pavillion on saturday 8/16/08 to view an apartment when i got there this unprofessional woman named Kira was in the office. the office was in one of the studio apartments and it was very hot. kira informed us she was closing because there was an emergency. the electricity was out in the entire building. there were a couple a of people in the stuffy apartment waiting for assistance and one girl was asking Kira for her deposit back. the way Kira handled the girl was so unprofessional. she was flustered and did not seem to work well under pressure. she was dismissing the girl and also me and the others that was waiting for help. the girl said she would wait for her supervisor, so kira told the girl she would call security on her so the girl said she will call the cops on Kira for holding onto her deposit. at that point things got ugly and i felt they didnt have to turn ugly if Kira was professional. at that point me and the other potential residents were turned off and left the pavillion. so i was so disgusted with the service that i didnt go any further with this place. the pavillion needs to hire respectable staff that will represent them well instead of having ghetto low class trash like Kira working in the leasing office.

Kiara is a wonderful host, maybe she might have been flustered. Something that happens to all of us under pressure. If the tenant knew there was an emergency why didn't they wait. Kiara is apart of the staff she is not management. It was very unthoughful of you and her (other tenant) to judge someone based on a emergency situation. Common sense if it's hot to you then it's hot to her. Back off people sometimes and just be patient. Being the front person and having a bunch of rude and probably demanding people in front of you isn't easy. I met her on 8/9/2008..And if you had any class you would've helped the young black sista out by calming the situation down versus being apart of the problem.....From Sherie

LOL, I have viewed an Apartment at the Pavillion back in September with Kira and I must definitely say she is very unprofessional and is definitely one of the reasons I decided that this place was not for me. If you like classless people then maybe this is the place for you.
