I moved into this apartment complex a few months ago. There was a whole lot of craziness with moving in, and the management office had just hired all new people. When I moved in the apartment was not finished. I had no sink, no stove, fridge, a/c, ect. It took about a week to have all of that resolved. I then waited months to get a parking space which is only temporary.
There was a storm a while back that broke some windows. They put boards over the windows but there are still shards of glass around the building in the grass and wood chips, quite a while later.
My beautifully re-modeled bathroom was done with really crappy materials. Within weeks it was starting to crack.
The maintenance guys are pretty friendly and will help with issues if they are asked. Unfortunately, if you go to the management office first, the secretaries are really incompetent and you will wait weeks for them to figure out how to ask for something to be fixed.
I now have bed bugs and the management is not willing to have the apartments around me treated unless those tenants personally go to the office to request it.
A woman was in the lobby a few weeks ago and had got over fifty signatures on a petition to have the building treated within an hour. Despite that obvious evidence of an infestation, why they still want to have all of the tenants show up at the same time to complain'
Pavilion is not a very good place to live. There are bugs, unhelpful and rude management, and no one ever answers the phones in the office. I'd look for another place to stay if I could get out of my lease early. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
