well... the building well through its share of management. 3 years ago i've rented an apartment through this girl tessa. her professionalism ensured me that the rest of the management will be as professional as she. and it was ... until new managements came in.

now, i go to the office and i do not have a single friendly face to look at. all i receive is unprofessional and ghetto service. here's a senario: you enter the office, they wont even acknowledge you are there. then they look up and kira speaks with her nasal voice ' yeeee, can i help you' ' and then she stares down at you, hoping that you'll back off with whatever you came with and keep the problems to yourself. when you tell her what you need help with, she just looks at back at you with confused eyes saying 'uhhuh'. at the end, it's better that you do things yourself.

how can anyone hire such imbeciles' this kind of service belongs in mcdonalds not a rental office.

However overall i like the apartment. it has good potential but the management really has to go.
