Pros:

Extremely close to the train, 2 minute walk or less.
Alot of space for what you pay for.
Great view
Apartment is very nice looking inside compared to others I've seen.
Friendly neighbors
Close to rt 21, 280.

Cons:

Had bed bugs shortly after we moved in, got rid of them quickly though.
Rental management staff is lazy and very unhelpful.
Air conditioner would constantly break.
***Goodluck getting a parking spot, management staff doesn't know what they are doing with the parking. They will tell you no spots are available yet you will see countless spots open all times of the day and night. Also there are 5-6 cars with no license plates and flat tires holding up spaces ever since i moved in.***
Elevators constantly breaking down
Dog piss in the elevators on a weekly basis.
Hard to get lots of groceries up to your apartment if your alone

The parking is the biggest issue I found living here. I luckily had a spot but i was wanting to get a bigger apartment and my roomate a parking spot and they wouldnt give me one, so I had to move out.

If I was looking for a place by myself, I'd most likely go back though. No rats or roaches, I'd never stay at a place with that mess.
