pavillon apts are huge, the view of the city
is beautiful. those are the good points.
the place is infested with roaches and mice.
non-residents selling drugs on the side and
behind the building. the windows don't open
which forces you to rent their air conditioner.security is lacking because the
guards are never the same one .the one that
they have are too busy socializing
