I agree with every review I have read here. The nice ones and the not so nice ones. I have roach issues, and for months I had a bedbug issue. I was forced to throw away my bed and my son's crib and the management company refused to take any responsibility for this. They even tried to say that I brough the bedbugs in myself. (Even though I was living in one of their studios 2 years before moving into my current one bedroom.) Yeah Whatever!

The elevators are almost never working all at the same time. The store downstairs is so unbelievably expensive. (80 cent for a kit kat') Security pays you no attention. (that is when they are not on the phone, blasting the radio or talking to their friends or the women in the building that they are trying to f***.)

I actually like the maintenance. They have always been very nice and friendly to me. I blame their bosses for the jobs that get done and don't get done.

The management call themselves making it a better place to live by putting in new cabinets (no drawers.. just cabinets) and cheap a** carpet, therefore, giving them an excuse to raise the starting rent $50.00 more.

It is always hot in my apartment, I requested an air conditioner 2 months ago and they said they would send me a letter telling me when they would come and I haven't even received a letter yet.

I had to buy a second lock for my door because people were breaking into apartments. There are always guys smoking weed in the staircase. The laundry room is dirty sometimes, the machines take your money and make a lot of noise.

The Pavilion staff is okay. There are two women I like alot but everybody else sucks. The Staff at the main office in East Orange are rude and they don't care about anyone else but themselves.

I have tons of stuff to gripe about and until I leave in August, I am sure I will have tons more so look for me for Part II of why I hate Pavilion Plaza.

U know who braking in ur apartment it the maintnance worker. I remember when I was younger living their if I was ever locked out they would come to my door and jimmy it. It's so easy to do!!!!
