When i first moved here i thought it was the best place in town. The staff was wonderful and the managment company at the time was very nice as well. 2 years later and having to move into the other building, i have a whole new outlook on things. For starters, the elevators never work and when they do they leak black grease that gets on your clothing as well as the floor, and they are not responsible. Then ther are the bed bugs. You have to wash all of your clothing and sheets and maybe even get rid of some bedding and they are not responsible. Then they expect you to pay your rent on time, which means you have to work everyday from 9-5, but they only do work mon-fri, form 8-5. And when you tell them you will get whatever work you need done and deduct it from the rent, again they are not resonsible. Roches have infested my apartment despite the constant cleaning, spraying, electronic pest devices, combat bait, combat gel, acid and the exsteminator that is placed all over the apatrment. i don't know what is left to do. Then there is the parkening lot with the secure gates that are suppose to keep out criminals, that have not worked in over a year. And the gates that surround the grounds that have not been replaced since the winter b/c of who knows what. Not to mention the speed bumps that were repaired in the parking lot that distroys the underworks of your car b/c they were repaved so horribaly. I'm not even gonna comment on the people in the management offices. Not enough time or space. So you be the judge.......................
