I've lived here for two years & I don't have the problems with roaches, mice, & bedbugs. I wash my dishes, sweep my floors, wipe down my counters, & take out the trash. Perhaps that is why I don't have an "infestations" problem. As far as maintenance is concern, I see the effort they make. You can't blame them because some nasty tenant wants to drop little pieces of paper on the floor or spill something in the hallway or elevator & not have the decency to clean it up. The maintenance crew could be better but they can't do alone. It has to be a team effort. I'm not trying to say this place is paradise; it isn't. There's always a problem with the elevators & I think security should be more professional. The laudry room really does need to be brought into the new millenium & yes, it would be nice if they'd turn the heat up a bit. I must say that it's never been to the point where I've had to go to bed with my coat on! I think that's an exageration. The smells coming from some of these is no treat either. You can't blame management for that either. If those Africans kept their doors closed.... This place isn't without it's problems. I think the management team needs to take a look at this website to see how they can better serve their tenants. I'm just saying for someone who may not be able to afford Manhattan or any other high priced area, this place is ok. Not great but ok.
