i relocated out the pavilion in Aug.2006.i moved in July 2005& would've moved sooner; i was waiting for my lease 2 expire so that i may get my security deposit refunded.this is an awful place to live because there is a rodent problem,a roach problem,& other unidentifiable bugs problem.also, the management office is headed by inexperienced people whose only concern is that they dont live there.therefore, they are not interested in responding to the immediate needs of the tenants.they will not turn the heat on to appropriate temperatures during the winter time.in addition to that, they do not accomodate the working people when extermination comes.they have one girl there that they push the entire complex's issues onto.the pavilion apartments also have hidden fees, so be careful.beware of building A (381 broad st)facing route 280&the train station.it becomes very noisy & annoying during rush hour times.& there is construction that begins around 12midnight until about 4am n the morning.trust me,you will not sleep a wink.people also park in your space that you have to pay a monthly fee for.these people always seem to park there at the most inconvenient times.& if you park on the street you risk your car window getting smashed so that the drug addict can steal loose change or whatever is useful to them.& believe it or not some of those drug addicts reside in the building.most of them reside in building B.& if you think that i am a former disgruntled tenant just be sure that you look at the actual apartment that you will be assigned before moving into it & be sure that you go there several times to survey the area.the people that work in the management office are very deceptive except for one of them.& trust me, you will know who she is if you decide to disregard my warning of moving to "highly priced projects"...its a real life welcome to the hood.describing it to be luxury apartments is such a severe overstatement...... good luck
