Very nice and convenient

The apartments are pretty quiet and affordable. The bus to New York stops right beside the building. Walking distance to Broad Street Station. Close to Rutgers, NJIT, Essex County Community College, NJPAC, Seton Hall Law School, Penn Station, etc. Security at the entrance. Parking space. Very good laundry facility. Management is nice if you're patient with them. Parking is inside the apartment complex.
