Don't move here unless you want your car broken into, and unless you like no heat and no hot water.

This place is the pitts!! Don't let brochures fool you.

The apartment building seems fairly clean, and there are private parking spaces.

The maintainance staff seems nice and willing to help with anything.

Most of them would give the shirt off their back to you.

But the management stinks!!
They refuse to obey with Federal Laws and local city ordinances.

The boiler room has caught fire twice in the last 6 months.

The second time it knocked out out heat and hot water for 6 days!!! Our apartment was below 55 degress.

State law requires that any apartment building in NJ maintain a heat of at least 68 degrees.

Needless to say, we were freezing!!!- In December!!!

Management has a "Holier then Thou" attitude, and needs to be put in thier place.

My husband and I have had to put them in thier place quite a few times.

As far as the laudry room, it's usually pretty good, and not too crowded.

The large machines NEVER work.

My car has been broken into 4 times since I have been here....

about 1 year.

Apparently it's a major problem, and Newark police are well aware of it.

Needless to say, I am ready to move, and will never come back.

Overall, it's really not a BAD place to live, the tennants and door people are nice, and the building seems clean, but I would not move back here because of the management team.

They suck and they don't care.

They were the only people to have heaters when we had no heat or hot water.
