Great deal for the money

The people in this building are very nice and very friendly which is not something you have in most large high-rises.

I have lived here for 4 years and found the management to be quick and efficient in resolving all issues.

We had problems with the boilers in 2001 for which they brought a temporary boiler (via a truck) so that we had hot water and heat within 24 hours.

There are problems with security because this is Newark and the mayor and city council and police seem to be truly afraid to take on the issues.

I will be leaving in 2006 but that is due to the fact that I will be moving out of state.
