I've lived in the 515 building for over 6 years.

Almost two years ago they replaced the property manager (Liz) with a jerk named Jerry.

Ask any of the door people and residents and they'll agree that they can't stand him! He orders the door people to put 'parking tickets' on parked cars that are parked in the loading area.

My rental truck was parked their overnight because I bought new furniture and this morning as I went to move the truck to return it, the door person told me that she was just yelled at because a van was in 'his parking space'.

Since when does loading area become his parking space' After they installed new a/c units apartments flooded above you.

Old elevators.

If you are going to move, choose 515 not 555! Lots of problems in that building including police calls of 'someone roaming the building with a gun'!
Cars are stolen or broken into along Mt Prospect Ave and Ballentine.

Car jackings...

I was once 'all for living here' but no more!

I renew my lease every year, but now I'm ready to go.

Too many changes and not for the good!
