Who in there right mind is paying this much rent to live in Newark' Come on people rent should be adjusted according to the area.

I live in the south and for that amount of rent you could get a luxury condo or rent a 4 bedroom mansion you guys are being robbed.

Do you/Have you even lived here? You have no idea how much I am even paying and did you know that all utilities are included (Factor your electric bill in the hot summer months). You mention you live 'in the south' (good for you) but are you making NYC/NJ money down there? Probably not!

ALL UTLITIES ARE INCLUDED IS THE PLUS....NO NEED TO WORRY ABOUT THE HEADACHES OF MANY BILLS JUST ONE LUMP SUM.... i LIVE IN THE SOUTH NOW AND RENT IS BASED ON GEOGRAPHICAL AND SALARY FOR THE AREA.... LIKE THE ABOVE REMARK SAID YOU MAY CAN LIVE IN A MINI MANSION IN THE SOUTH BUT NOT A METRO LIKE ATLANTA OR MIAMI ...515 RENT IS RIGHT ON TARGET FOR THIS METRO AREA..ACTUALLY IS EVEN BETTER...TRY RENTING IN MANHATTAN..FOR AN APRATMENT LIKE THIS IS OVER 4 GRAND...DO YOUR RESEARCH....555 SEE YOU IN OCTOBER IM MOVING IN..THANKS
