not that bad - I have lived here for over 3years and i attended Seton Hall so it was very beneficial. I lived in building 250 it was not bad at all. The super he is really nice, and the man who tries really hard to keep the hallway and elevators clean but you know there are always going to be some misfits. Great place!!! This has definitely been a great place to live. Young tenants, great amenities...including a full gym and theater. They also host little events each month. From movies to food :) Would definitely stay if I didn't have to move for work.!

GREAT PLACE TO LIVE I have an apt on an upper floor with a terrace.
I've been living here going on 3 years - I LOVE it. The staff and management is over the top wonderful. The building is always in top shape.
I've had small issues with my a/c, and a plumbing issue - the maintenance
