Pavilion 39% Recommended May 11 2008: I am a former resident of Pavilion (2002-2008), and the manager Michele Clavijo was very helpful on every thing I requested. Just to mention an example, I had bedbug in my studio. I reported to Michele and she sent exterminator Pavilion 39% Recommended Apr 19 2008: I moved in because I am a flight attendant and they offer a shuttle to the airport. Little do they tell you is that the shuttle does not run 24 hrs a day, or on holidays, and you have to Hallmark House 50% Recommended Mar 27 2008: I love the apartment. The tenants are very nice and the building is great. One major problem.... The management! They are extremely unprofessional.
