To Whom so ever it may concern...

I am a potential tenant at Riverview Gardens and I had been there recently on a weekday.
The lady there, Roselee, that's what she gave me her name as, was so rude and so impolite, as if i thought that she was giving me the apartment for free and i had to pay no rent.
She was not only rude and impolite but she also did not know possibly about how a tenant should be treated.
I had been referred to these Apartments from my friends and relatives who live there.
The apartment is good and i am possibly planning to move in ASAP,
But the management at Riverview Gardens should be aware of the fact that Tenants should be treated properly.
I saw clip boards at the rental office about what tenants are and how they should be treated.
But i think, the lady who was there, Roselee should be the first one to read that.
My friends & relatives who live there have also told me about her behaviour and her rudeness.
Infact i had a very sweet experience this Saturday afternoon, i.e. 05/17/03, when i went there again with my brother to show him the apartment before taking it.
There was a new lady there, Jackie, she was so sweet and so polite, that it made me feel like home,
She made me understand what the apartments are and how they are better for anyone who lives here,
I believe that the management should be the one to decide this but they should surely think about their behaviour towards their future tenants,
If they seriously want their present as well as future tenants to respect them and stay with them, they should ask their representatives to change their atttitudes towards their tenants.
This lady Roselee even didnt have the courtesy to look at me and explain me things, she just kept writing something on a paper sitting at her desk and didnt even look like she was interested in renting or showing me something.
I am surely going to rent an apartment here as i have relatives as well as friends living here, but still this is not something a tenant or even a possible tenant would expect from his or her rental community.
Riverview Gardens did have a person who I would say was the best according to me to deal with clients and possible tenants. I think her name was Jackie or something like that, the lady who was there on 05/17/2003 at the rental office, i dont recall her name well, but mostly it was Jackie,
She was the 1 who made me feel that i should live here and her behaviour was the 1 that made me reconsider to finally take a decision,
I really thank her and wish her all the best in taking care of future tenants like me.
Hope the management improves on this...
