I thought it might be easier for others to see the good and the bad aspects to the place
Good:
-Decent location
-Well connected to NY
-Washer/Dryer/Dishwasher in most apts
-Decent fittings in appt.
-Nice maintenance staff
Bad:
-Office Mgmt not easygoing
-Very less closet space
-Finding parking can be a problem sometimes
-Low ceilings and thin walls (you can easily hear your loud upstairs/downstairs neighbour)
Overall I would rate it as 6 on a scale of 1-10 where 10 is excellent and 1 is poor.
