RIVERVIEW GARDENS IS LIKE ANY OTHER GARDEN apts, it has good and bad points. parking is horrible, apts are noisy, apts come equipted with very cheap appliances. forget about getting your security back. the office makes sure of that. if you have to call maint. make sure you call DENNY, HE IS ABOUT THE ONLY ONE THERE WHO KNOWS MUCH. THE SUPER AT RIVERVIEW IS NEVER AROUND AND USUALLY HAS HIS HAND OUT FOR MONEY. OFFICE STAFF IS NOT FRIENDLY, THE OFFICE MANAGER IS ON THE NUTTY SIDE. she is never around and never answers the phone. not the person you would like to complain to. the week-end staff is usually very busy and you have to wait to talk to that women. it seems like an over flow of people on the week-end. I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR FIVE Years and it gets worse every day. you don?t get much for your money.
