The low down nicotine addicts in the management office demand the key and enter when you are out. After I complained that they left my apartment door open, they spited me by changing the lock (my rent was always paid on time) claiming they had to repair it. I came home at night to find I was locked out. Don't be fooled by the flowers out front-you will hate the day you signed the lease here.
