Ignore the comments from the one creep bashing everyone here-"Riverview" (where there isn't any!) is an overpriced falling apart third rate place in a lower middle class area with a crook as a landlord. You can do better unless no one else wants to rent to you. An the fans (instead of ac) mean if you have a second floor apt, you hear the moters day and night
