No Hot water, lack of closet space

If you move here you must use the small poorly planned living spaces to put portable closets because the apartments lack closet space (think hotel room). The floor plans are dishonest-demand to SEE the actual apt. And a neighbor asked me not to take a shower every day because it was using up all the hot water! (It turns cold after one minute anyway). My door is a thin cracked old piece of wood (1940s). The windows are rotten. Management is rude. PS- Enough already about this idiot Bob (2/7) he was forced to change his most insulting remarks.(and his name) Safe' Quiet' Please! I can hear everything! Poor quality. Tell the truth if you write, the landlord wont give you a cookie for eating his ----!
