for the same price, you can find a newer home in better condition. We had a large group of Pakistanis above us and the cheap way the complex was built made the noise unbearable. The lawns are nice even if the office doesn't care to pick up the litter. Concerning the comments about crime, nothing happened to us but a neighbor was mugged. The lighting is poor and the glass back doors are a security hazard. All in all, we agree with most of the reviewers who have a negative opinion of this complex
