I've been here for 3 years & I have nothing but good things to say about Riverview. The staff is always helpful & informative, the grounds are well kept & my renovated apartment is standing up great even though now I need a few odds & ends done, new paint job. The closet space is ample for 2 people & the garage is affordable & spacious. One of the best apartments I've ever rented, with close & convienent transportation into NYC in a very low crime neighborhood. Only raves from here.

if you (the landlord) think you have quality housing in this old wooden shanty, I would hate to see what your housekeeping is like. How dare you mention closet space, there is almost none. Only good if you come here from the third world without many clothes. Your review is a total lie.
