Been here for 2 years .
Overall good , parking stituation is not that great as many tennants now own 2 cars.

You do get place easily , but have to drive around a bit ..if you come home very late at night.

Apts are maintained well, and the landlords are very quick at repairing any damage/ leaks etc.
All new rentals have a washer / dryer ..older tennants do not .
There are 4 - 5 laundry rooms tho , and they are usually vacant.
Heating is free .. water radiators and very effective.
Rather mixed community , white , black and asian population .

Most of the folks work in New York city , take a bus to the harrsion PATH station , or the Decamp bus to port authority,
I drive to the journal square station and park there.
