When you move in everything will look new and sparkling but then slowly what they have covered up is revealed. The paint chips in huge chunks to reveal old water damage below and under our carpet (which was new at least) there are hardwood floors and years of garbage -- actual garbage -- i used a dustpan to scoop our paper, wrappers, a pencil, kids stuff -- you name it. Bugs creap in around the edges of the carpeting. The bathtub looked new and within months the enamel started peeling to reveal a shifty coverup of old crap.
The one nice thing is that the two maintenance guys that I have dealt with -- Arthur and Dennie are both great and try really hard to make it better.
The office staff bepends on who you get, the general workers are ok but the office manager Kathy is two-faced. DON'T TRUST HER!!!!!!!!!
