The Place is the PITS!!!!!!!!!!!!

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
The rent is way too high for what you get -- $1000 for a one bedroom. For that price the place should be a lot nicer and the office staff should be a whole lot friendlier. The place is basically old and run down with layers of paint and new flooring as an attempt to spruce it up. For that kind of money you can do much better.
