I dont know what everyone is complaining about! I have lived here for 2 years and find the service great!.

The grounds are well kept, I never hear anything except the occasional cars going by.

I live in a duplex.. There is always ample parking on the street. It comes with a garage, full size washer dryer, dishwasher, air conditioner & microwave.. Everything works, the heat sometimes is too good!! sometimes the windows need to be left open in the winter time!

I would highly recommed Riverview Gardens.. I have never had any problems with the staff or maintenance crew.. Any time I called, they were very quick in responding.

Now that the landlord's agent has posted again praising this dump, here is the real deal: these are very old broken wooden shacks (there is no riverview, even the name of the complex is a lie) that have been given a cheap cosmetic veneer to get high rents. It is in a suburb of Newark, if that is really where you want to live. Do not trust the management as far as you can throw them. There are many lawsuits against them.
