I have been with Riverview for 9 years now and 1 thing that i have relized is that in no way when you have a community this big can u make everyone happy!! Everyone just cant be first but everyone is just as important!
If like the old saying just walk in "my" shoes for a day was true we would each see the other person in a diffrent light. I was taught alot by my previous boss and everyday i learn alittle something new as i try to pass things on to my guys.I can only thank the people that actually leave there name and hope to make any problems better for them. How can we take anyone seriously if we cant help them' The real truth is that no one is as important as our residents. complexmark@comcast.net

This is not suppose to be for the landlord to post here praising your old dump. Perhaps if you didn't, your approval rating would be about 2 per cent. You only care about money, that is your God. Shame. And you will not scare us concerning the comment about leaving our names.

You will help anyone who leaves their name here the way Dr. Mengele helped concentration camp inmates. This review is proof the positive ones come not from real tenants but the staff. The truth about this falling apart old shanty town (cheaply gussied up to lure ever needed new tenants) is something else. After I complained my door was broken, you changed the lock when I was at work. I came home to a lock out (my high rent was paid) and no one around.

Mark, get off this website. Just as you lied saying you were not an employee to post this absurd review, you lie here again. My apartment was about to cave in and certainly not worth the high rent. The water was cold and in this place you hear your neighbors fart. Everyone moves out and the office does not return security deposits if they can find a way to get them. Your fake concern is seen further along on this site where you call "tennants" (sic) stupid. Guess everyone can't be as smart as you are!
