This apartment complex is generally well groomed, nice neighbors, and a quiet place to live. However, if anything breaks, you are in for a LONG, LONG, LONG wait even if it is an emergency. Their emergency line is worthless, as is their maintenance staff. Granted, the buildings are older, but they replace broken parts with used, semi-broken parts. And God forbid you have a leak and need it fixed, maybe in a few years they will get to you. Jackie and Dennie are wonderful, but the rest are very snobbish, unprofessional, and COMPLETELY unreliable. If you are looking for a place to live that is close to the city, keep looking, because simple annoyances turn into BIG problems here. Oh, and they NEVER return phone calls, will NOT tow dilapidated, broken down cars from the lots (hornets are making a nest in our back lot in a car I called 3 times about) and if you have a roof leak you had better love buckets, because you will need ALOT of them. Also, they don't believe in bathroom fans, so the paint falls down and then they won't paint it. And forget it if you like hot water, since ours is on and off more often then someone's underwear.

I agree, maintenance takes a LONG time, and the office staff isn't particularly nice.

The way this dump was so cheaply built, you hear everything from your neighbors. Also, I had one tiny closet in a one bedroom
