i have only been here for the past 6 months but thank god i didn't read this then decide to rent i have had a great experiance so far and the way this is i probaly would not have rented if i were to read this first. the office staff was ok to deal with. any problems that i have had were taken care of in a fair amount of time. and all the guys that work there are very nice and always willing to help. thanks to your news letter i had also been able to get the names of the people who work here and put them with a face

The apartment is old, and the parking is horrible. If come back home later, it is hardly find a parking spot. If parking is not on the right spot, the rental office will ask CRA -- An auto towing serivce to tow tenant's car. The car has been towed at the 2 miles Marble company, but CRA charges tenant $276.55 cash! The trunk towed tenant's car noisely in the evening, the mad people slahed the door laudly. Horrible experience! I would not recommend Riverview Gardens, because stupid thing the stupid does; Mean thing the mean does!

Yes, thank you Mark for posting again and again praising your boss. The real deal is these are very old falling apart wooden shanties that have been given a very cheap cosmetic veneer to get high rents in a suburb of Newark. Even the name (Riverview) is a lie. What looks like a peaceful place is really noisey due to the cheap construction and the habit of renting to loud third world families in small spaces.

There is little hot water. My apartment is about to cave in and vermin infested. There is little in the way of modern amenities, even closet space. There is no security, a pre teen could get through my door. The management lies at every turn.
