I have been living at this apartment for last 2 years and I am very happy with the locality, neighbourhood, maintenance and apartment itself. I live in 2 bedroom apartment, it has 6 closets, good size kitchen and big living room. Garden in front of the apartment is beautiful and nicely maintained. Apartment is old but very well maintained. Neighbors are friendly and many of them have been living here for years. They also allow bbq party in the common garden. Ample parking place and laundry facility is decent. NJ Transit busstop is outside the apartment and Harrison PATH is 4 miles away. I would recommend staying here.

The apartment is old, and the parking is horrible. If come back home later, it is hardly find a parking spot. If parking is not on the right spot, the rental office will ask CRA -- An auto towing serivce to tow tenant's car. The car has been towed at the 2 miles Marble company, but CRA charges tenant $276.55 cash! The trunk towed tenant's car noisely in the evening, the mad people slahed the door laudly. Horrible experience! I would not recommend Riverview Gardens, because stupid thing the stupid does; Mean thing the mean does!

Of course you are happy with the "locality". It is better than the putrid dump of your country. But it stinks to Americans or anyone else who has standards above the third world. And the rent is way too high for what they don't offer. Like closet space. Get real! And there is no Riverview, even the name is a lie. Your plan to hoodwink more people to spend money here has failed, there are always vacancies for a reason. Your review is as fake as you are.

If you are planning to commute to work in New York, plan on a long long and expensive trip. Public transport is awful here, very slow. You will be tired when you get home only to find they changed your lock when you complained the door is broken and no one knows where your keys are. It happened to me.

Do not move to this curry smelling dump in the middle of nowhere. I'd like to see the apartment here with six closets, I don't even have ONE in my bedroom. Good sized kitchen you say? If I gained weight I wouldn't fit in mine! The review is a LIE.
