If you have a towel on your head and dont know how to use soap this is definitely your place, cause all of your relatives probably already live here. For everybody else do yourself a favor and stay away. The walls are ridiculously thin and you can hear everything going on, there's no hot water, the parking is TERRIBLE, and the front office has been known to tow your car even if you're a paying tennant and will not refund your money. Dealing with the people in the front office is a joke, they're either clueless or jacka$$es. I would have moved somewhere else but everybody other place i've looked at has a long waiting list, simply stunning! gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7

The apartment is old, and the parking is horrible. If come back home later, it is hardly find a parking spot. If parking is not on the right spot, the rental office will ask CRA -- An auto towing serivce to tow tenant's car. The car has been towed at the 2 miles Marble company, but CRA charges tenant $276.55 cash! The trunk towed tenant's car noisely in the evening, the mad people slahed the door laudly. Horrible experience! I would not recommend Riverview Gardens, because stupid thing the stupid does; Mean thing the mean does!

It is disgusting that the landlord's agent even posts further down this site and , of course, gives it the best rating. Even with the fake good reviews "Riverview" (hah!) is still disapproved as an old dump of falling down shacks with a dishonest management.

"Riverview" is a cheap ploy to get money. There is no river view. Roach view would be more accurate. I also hated the plane noise.
