You better check before taking the keys whether you are getting all the things that were promised to you like dishwasher, AC, Washer dryer and so on.....If you fail to notice anything then its ur fault....even if the paperwork says you will be given these facilities office is not responsible if you dont get one...and then you will have to deal with Kathy....who will make it appear as if it was your fault that you are not getting the right apt.....Talking to Kathy is a nightmare.... 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn

I agree that "Riverview" (there is no river view) is an awful place to live. Not a good commute if you work in New York and many repair problems due to the cheap management that is only interested in money. Also, NEVER trust them to return your security deposit. Live out every day of it including interest or you will be sorry.

Not that the thin doors would keep anyone out but they leave a bucket with all our keys UNATTENDED as they do the rounds. I could have taken anyone's key. That is how much they care about you. After they painted my apartment, the painters left my door wide open to air it out while I was at work.
