Take it from me, it costs too much for an old shack in the middle of nowhere. The hot water is not enough so you can't use it if your neighbors do. I thought the flowers were nice till I realized they would never clean up the litter that my pig neighbors throw at the entrance. Muggers come up at night from Newark as the main roads passes right by and the doors and windows have about had it. My bathroom is rotted out. If you have never lived outside a very poor country (the type desired here by the owner) you might love it. the construction is very poor and YOU HEAR EVERYTHING in the night from the surrounding apartments. Everyone who has fled here that we keep in touch with complains they had trouble getting their security deposit back, the owner is a real swindler. we will be sure to "live it out" or they will say we broke what they never fixed from before we moved in.

Amen. Unfortunately management doesnt give a ---- about our opinions cause they'll just continue to rent the place out to more foreigners from 3rd world country that are used to eating dirt.

Much too expensive for an old, old wooden shanty. As horrible and overpriced that it is perhaps if the office treated us with respect they would not always be looking for new renters all the time. And the approval rating would even be lower on this site if a crazy employee didn??t constantly lie to post here trying to get it up. (you failed getting it up again)
