Never saw a river here but plenty of roachs. The good thing is if the sound on your TV breaks, you will hear it loud and clear from your neighbors apartment. That is, if the Newark Airport traffic isn't going over North Arlington

There is almost no closet space, My bedroom has no closet at all. Make sure they show you the actual apartment you are renting, not a model or you will be in for an unpleasant shock. If they say it is occupied and you can't see it, tell them forget it. They have no problem coming in anytime and you will learn this when you live here. Remember this is the landlord who calls a property "Riverview Gardens" when there isn't a river view.

for the people that are not real smart and cant figure it out there was a "riverview" when the place was built that shows how smart some tennants are!

??complexmark??is an employee of the landlord who needs to go back to school before writing about how smart ??tennants??aren??t. He does not belong here. And there was never a river view here, it is just another lie from the landlord to get money. There are no tall buildings blocking any previous river view. This is the crap you will face if you rent here and pay your hard earned money to these bozos. The complex is old and falling apart and repairs are a joke. The employees are just like the idiot who posts here to try to boost the approval rating..totally dishonest, low class, who do everything in a slipshod manner and have contempt for tenants.

The review at the very top is 100% true. Everyone runs away from this putid smelling dump. The staff is the pits. Rude and stupid. The place is way overpriced for what they don't offer, too.
