There never was a river view, a lie to get money. No hot water, tiny closet space, vermin, falling apart doors and lock. Falling apart and old just about everything. The staff is rude and treats you with hostility even when you are a good tenant. You are hit up for tips above your high rent. The location is out of the way. They steal security deposits saying you didn't give enough moving notice or that you broke something they failed to fix before you moved in.
All that and more would be horrible enough but in addition here, an employee for the landlord uses this site saying he is a tenant and writing positive reviews. He lies, and lies are all you hear from the landlord. To get anything fixed properly you must go above the on site office.

Jan, you are so right! There are plenty of better apartments for much less money. This dump should have been torn down when World War Two ended.And ??ComplexMark??should stop pretending he is a tenant here and go back to his usual licking the ass of the owner. They always need many new tenants and always will.

I'd like to know what the staff does for a living. The amount of rent that we pay to live in an old wooden shanty at the end of nowhere is disgusting.

Do not rent here if you have any standards. It is old and falling down with little closet space. The area is out of the way.

North Arlington looks peaceful but has a big juvenile delinquency problem. Kids hang out in the back and raise all sorts of hell, break glass, etc. The police claim they told the owner to to secure the complex but, of course, nothing was done.
