Tumble down old shanties cheaply done over to lure the new tenants they always need. Our apt. lacked even a bedroom closet and had a door a child could kick in. Nothing was fixed right and you hear everything from your neighbors. Large third world families pack illegal occupants into tiny spaces and the cooking odor is rancid. A fire hazard, too. Don't know where the "Riverview" is! It took us ages to get to work and if you like shopping malls, there are none anywhere nearby. We had to go all the way to Newport in Jersey City. Bergen County closes on Sunday. Also, this overpriced dump is right under the path of the landing planes for the airport that they use perhaps 40% of the time. It feels like your roof will come off at 6 am. The staff is nasty and don't do a proper job. The walkways are full of ice in the winter. The laundry room is dirty with bugs. When you move out be sure to "live off" all your security deposit or else they will find a way to take it.

Moving here was the worst mistake I made in my life. Do yourself and family a favor and run away! It is falling apart, outdated and costs alot
