Which is why they ALWAYS need new tenants. Another reason is that they don't fix and allow various rules to be broken, such as large immigrant families in very small apartments. The way the shacks are built you can only pray you get neighbors who are quiet. I could only get hot water when my neighbors haven't used it for awhile. And, yes, the name "Riverview" is a blatant lie to get money. And, yes, they do try to steal your security deposit. Better not to rent here than to deal with these decayed biddies.

This is my better experience to stay in community. Neighbours are good and pleasant. Very Quite community. I stayed here for almost 2 yrs. It is costly as compare to other communities, not having child play area and other recreation. But for NY commuters, best possible place to live.

You say "for NY commuters, best possible place to live"?? Was your last home a mental institution? Or a third world sewer? It takes a long time and is expensive to commute to New York from here and it is not near the train. And it is not a "quite" community as the cheap construction and overcrowding make it noise-ville. I agree with the review at the top, it stinks.
