No need for sound on your TV at Roachview Gardens Never saw a river here but plenty of roachs. The good thing is if the sound on your TV breaks, you will hear it loud and clear from your neighbors apartment. That is, if the Newark Airport traffic isn't going over North Arlington

Managment sucks....... You better check before taking the keys whether you are getting all the things that were promised to you like dishwasher, AC, Washer dryer and so on.....If you fail to notice anything then its ur fault....even if the paperwork says you will be given these facilities

too expensive for what you get The bathrooms are old with rusty appliances and no fan, the front door breaks and they won't fix it, the hot water goes off constantly, don't buy here, you can get a lot more elsewhere. Location and landscaping is all they have going on.

Leasing manager Kathy sucks bigtime The leasing manager kathy sucks big big time. She never returns the call. My lease starts from Oct 1st and they havent given me an apartment yet. She is totally not understanding. DONT DONT go for this apartment.

Sucks This places sucks. management is not at all helpful. Poor construction. Dirty and smelly water comes. Poor paint layers looks dirty. Owner taking advantage of location because he knows his place is near to NYC and place to live here is hard to find.
