This is all you need to know....

The management was going to turn this complex to condo but due to increasing cost remodel the apt to condo and current market, they decided to rent again. I believe about 50 or more units are vacant.

Management: it was okay till they change the management. The lady that sit in the office, 1H, is very rude and do not care about the tenants. It is now same management (Roseland) as Riverbend at Port Imperial, go read their review as well.

Parking: There are a decent number of parking spots on the street and if you pay for garage spot, beware. Unless you have lower number spots (1-150 or so), it'll will take 5 mins to get out or get in to the garage. I'm located on G4 and you have to drive in circle for 5 mins to get out. The garage roof is so low some of the bigger SUV always has to drive on the one side of the road.

Doormen: I never had a problem with the doormen but they don't bend over backwards to help you. Mostly, they say hi and good bye.

Maintenance: We had numerous problems in our apartment and it took multiple times to fix it. They never show up when they say either. There were number of times they were coming the next day fix stuffs but when I come back from work, I found out that it wasn't fix or "miscommunication" with the maintenance and the door men.

Pool: There is a pool but it's more like big bath tub.

Noise: This is one of the good part, you rarely hear anything from next door.

Smell: There must be a chain smoker living next door or downstairs apt. The smoke comes through the vent in the kitchen or the living room. It smells like the person is smoking like next to me, we had complain but no help. We just have the vent cover with the plastic bag all the times.

View: If you live in apt D to J, you get a nice view of the city.

Transportation: There are so many buses on Blvd East, it's no problem. I usually take 128 to PABT and it takes about 20 mins in the morning.

Utilities: It is included with the rent, which is nice. You would only need to pay for cable and internet (Cablevision).

Apt: Overall, most of the appliance is old. It is working but not in good shape. There is a laundry facility on site, 8 am to 12 am. I know they allow all size of pets but I do not have a pet and don't know if any fee is required.

Overall, it's okay to live if you don't mind having a parking spot below 4 level and maintenance problems every other month.
I will never rent an apt from Roseland property!
