its nice, good value i have lived here for 16 mo's, i have been comfortable since beginning. great pool, never crowded, nice gym that is not huge but fits my needs...treadmills, elipticals etc..., apartment is clean, washer dryer in unit, i havent had any

Never Ever Make This Your Home Since the day one we have the issue with hot water. Not fixed. In winter we had to take showers with cold water.

Electric Bills are Crazy High HMH now charges for electric service based on number of occupants and square feet. When they introduced this new allocation method I immediately left the apartment. However the one bill I received was over 2x what I had paid the previous year and I was out of town

THE WORST RENTING EXPERIENCE EVER! From day one my family and I had problems living at the half moon harbour. The management is inept, the head maintenance guy is a f**king thief (you should see how much they took out of my security deposit after I moved out), and the surroundings suck.
