I'd rather live in my car than this place again From: kdrhpe@mail.com Date posted: 11/13/2002 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   1. The heat only worked in the afternoon and early evening. The thermostat was a joke. I think it was only there for decoration. 2. The model apartment and what you actually get are like night and day. 3. I lived on the second floor and the floor squeaked SO BAD that the neighbor complained if I walked too much (not a joke) 4. WORST MANAGEMENT I have ever seen. 5. My neighbors were the lowest class of people I have ever encountered. 6. When I moved out they outright stole 300 dollars from my security deposit. As an example they charged me $120 because they said the stove wasn't clean when I left. I scrubbed that stove until it shined. If you make the mistake of living there make sure you are with them when they do the inspection. 7. The property manager keyed into my apartment about 7 times (that I know of anyway) with no notice and there was no emergency which required entry. I've lived in several apartments and it was by far the WORST place I have ever lived. Take my advice and look elsewhere.
