I have been here for a year and now they want to raise my rent by $100. that makes this place more expensive then some of the nicer apartments up the road on route 27 in franklin. The pool has not been drained and is just sitting there brown color and nasty. It is really gross to look at. If you have kids the play ground sucks and cars zoom by going like 100 mph right near it. There is no sign telling them to slow down. This apartment allows small dogs, but I have seen huskies, boxers, and other really large dogs here. They say no we dont allow dogs when you move in but you see them everywhere. Also a lot of them bark all day cause their owners are gone. You cant do a thing about it either. You can hear everything your neighbors do because the apartments face each other. The other night I heard these people having sex and it was so loud. They were opposite my apartment, not even near me. I think everyone heard them though. Oh well, if you cant find anything else, I would say rent from colony oak, but be prepared for loudness, dog ----, rent hikes, and lots of people that dont give a crap.oh and some new stuff is cars getting broken in to, a girl got raped the other night, stolen tires on cars and windows busted.
