From: la_chate@hotmail.com Date posted: 6/11/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   applied for an appartment paid 50$ application and wrote a check for part of first month to hold an appartment, after reading the reviews and talking to people and cruising the complex realized that the alligations on ghetto people is perfectly right and while was standing in an empty unit could hear every sound from every side of the apartments people walking talking etc. Decided not to sign the lease, and guess what lady at the management office told me that they would still cash the first month rent check even if I did not sign the lease!!!! lovely isn't it' Despite of the fact that when I applied she told me I had 10 days to decide whether or not I would sign the lease. Beware! stay away, cheaters!
