We have been living at Georgetown Apartments for over a year (Just renewed two months ago). It is not a luxury place but it offers a clean, nice and spacious place to live in for the money($899). Of course if I was to pay over $1,100.00 per month I would consider something different.

When we visited this place, Karen, the Property Manager, showed me the model and when we requested to see the actual apartment, she set us up with an appointment to see our future apartment the day that we brought in the application. Karen took care of us and made sure that we had an easy move in experience. There was a lot of paperwork but it made us at ease to know that Management was serious during the processing of our applications and that they not only did a credit check but also requested references from prior landlords and ran a criminal background check on all applicants. No place is a 100% safe but it gave us a good feeling the fact that Georgetown checks people's criminal backgrounds.

Neighborhood is OK, during the winter is definetly quiet but during the summer the kids play around and people tend to stay outside on the porches talking. We know Management tries to do their part, we read our Lease Agreement. We only wish more people would and obey the clauses on the Lease Agreement!

About Maintenance, nothing extraordinary. We had a couple problems and they took care of them within 2 days. The great thing is the Maintenance Emergency Line that they offer, it definetly works, one night our toilet clogged and the Maintenance Emergency person showed up within 40 minutes. NOT BAD FOR A 2:30 AM CALL!!!

All and all a good place. We are staying for one more year!
