Good and bad at the same level

Apartments are spaceous, quiet, good location. On the bad side, management is terrible. The super doesn't care about the tenants, and the office management is too far to care. Apartments have an unbelievable amount of holes in them, so every winter I have to seal ALL windows just to keep it warm. Design is not too great also: living room gets very dark in the summer. Oh, and the fire station, it's gotta be the loudest in New Jersey. They sound a siren 3-4 times a day, and it's LOUD!!!
