Well when I moved in I lived below an elderly woman who I hardly ever heard until her grandkids came over. Then she moved out and thats when the fun began! My upstairs neighbors were (are) LOUD! They go to sleep at 1:30 (AM) and wake up at 4 (AM). It is very loud here. Grant it The living space is pretty large for the price but you have to figure out what is most important to you. Space, solitude or parking!
The main gripe I have with this apartment is that there are no assigned parking spaces. Parking used to be really easy when I moved here 3 years ago but now people have moved in with 2 and 3 cars per apartment and it is almost impossible to park after a certain hour. I think that we should at least get 1 reserved spot per apartment but I suppose management doesn't see it that way. I pay 1165 for a 2 bedroom and I loved when I first moved in but some of these things are starting to bother me. Most people stay to themselves so thats a plus but thats about it. Oh yeah, the neighbors above me dust out their rug over the balcony into my plants occasionally and that is also bothersome. Yes, I could say something but I am choosing my "battles" wisely until I can get out! Also, there is not much closet space and NO storage space. So, that also becomes difficult.
Again, if not much bothers you and you want a large space relatively moderate in price (notice I did not say cheap) you may like it here. It is not awful. If you are very particular and do not like noise, heavy walkers, screaming children or a lot of Sunday guests that take all of the parking, you may want to look elsewhere
